Description Technical Specs   This amplifier is ideal for pre-amplifying the signal coming in from the cable company or outdoor antenna. It's wide frequency range means that the amplifier is able to handle all frequencies on the TV band. The amplifier uses precision surface mounted components in a "push-pull" circuit design that results in low-distortion, high reliability, and a compact size. An external power supply isolates the AC line noise from the amplifier's circuitry. This contributes to the high performance and low distortion of the signal. 18dB of gain represents the loss incurred in approximately 300 of RG-6 cable or the signal lost in an 8-way splitter and 100 feet of cable.
