How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service at returns@techmall.com for an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Once you have received an RMA number, returns can be sent to:

If you have a defective item, please contact returns@techmall.com to set up an RMA number. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.  Techmall.com does not pay the return shipping cost for defective items. We are not responsible for product defects because we do not manufacturer the products we carry. We accept returns on defective items for up to 90 days after shipment. After that time, you will have to contact the manufacturer directly for return assistance - no replacement or credit will be given by Techmall.

Once the return has been received, a replacement will be shipped to you at our expense via Ground shipping.

If you would like to return an item that is not defective, you have 10 days from receipt to do so, and the item must be in its new, unopened state. Follow the same steps as above. The cost of the return will be at the consumer's expense. You will be refunded 75% of your initial product purchase price. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
